This site is a plain static marketing page. It does not require an account, does not run any forms, and does not set tracking cookies on your browser. If you email us, we receive what you send.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) records standard request metadata — IP address, user-agent, requested path, timestamp — for operational purposes such as abuse prevention and availability monitoring. We don't combine this data with anything else and we don't use it for advertising.

Email we receive

If you reach out at hello@evidentsystems.com, we use your message and contact info only to respond. We don't add you to any marketing list without your explicit opt-in.

Third parties

We don't sell, rent, or share any information we collect. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any information we hold about you. Email legal@evidentsystems.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the effective date at the top of the page.
